Built to know as little as possible.

Veil works without an account. Your install gets a random identifier, and we keep only what's needed to run the service.

What we never log

  • The websites and apps you use
  • Your browsing history or DNS queries
  • The content of your traffic
  • Your IP address while you use the VPN
  • Your name, email or payment details

What we keep to run Veil

  • A random install ID — so the app can talk to our servers
  • Your subscription status — from Apple, to unlock Premium
  • A push token — only if you turn notifications on
